Vampire Kiss

25ml Pickering's Pumpkin Spice Latte Gin
25ml Chambord
25ml Sloe Gin

Method: Add all ingredients into Shaker and wet shake. Double strain and top up with Champagne or Prosecco.

Sloe Royale

25ml Pickering's Sloe Gin
Topped up with Prosecco

Pumpkin Negroni

25ml Campari
25ml Pickering's Pumpkin Spice Latte Gin
25ml Frangelico
1 Egg white.

Method: Add all ingredients into shaker, dry shake then wet shake. Double strain into rocks glass. Garnish with cinnamon or orange twist.

Pumpkin Espresso Martini

50ml Espresso
25ml Pickering's 1947 Gin
25ml Pickering's Pumpkin Spiced Latte Gin
12.5ml Sugar Syrup

Method: Into shaker, wet shake and double strain into martini glass.
