Each bauble contains a brand new, brightly coloured, fabulously festive flavour including love them or loathe them, Brussels Sprout Gin.

These baubles are filled with Pickering's Gin. Do not leave where children or animals can reach them and do not gift to anyone under the age of 18. Please drink and decorate responsibly.

A zesty and sweet gin with vibrant orange citrus notes.

Makes a sensationally moreish G&T with star anise and orange zest.

Sumptuously fresh and fruity gin with tarte red berry notes, balanced with Bombay spice.

Serve up a Christmas classic with premium tonic and a fresh lime wheel.

Spiced Pear & Cinnamon
·

An aromatic blend of warming cinnamon with mouth-watering fresh, ripe pears.

Serve with a lemon twist and a cinnamon stick for a warming winter P&T.

A boozy, plump gin full of dried fruits with a toffee and biscuity finish.

A pink gin with intense notes of ripe, juicy plums and warming ginger spice. Leaves a lingering subtle sweetness on the palate.

Don’t let its distinctive sprouty nose fool you, our Brussels Sprout gin finishes with a delightfully herbaceous, fresh green pepper twang.

Try it neat with foolhardy friends or mix into a savoury style G&T with the addition of a cucumber slice.

This year, we fulfilled the Christmas destiny of 10,000 lonely and forgotten Perthshire sprouts by distilling them and creating the world’s first Brussels Sprout gin.

We know it sounds bonkers, but the humble sprout delivers a pleasantly sweet, slightly nutty gin, perfect for mixing.

On behalf of our Brussels Sprout Gin Baubles, a donation from this pack will go to Contact the Elderly’s Community Christmas Campaign. The funds raised will provide friendship and companionship for older people who would otherwise spend Christmas alone. (Eating sprouts optional).

The Cocktails

YOU WILL NEED

50ml Pickering’s Clementine Gin (1 bauble)
2 tsp Orange Marmalade
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
100ml Fiery Ginger Beer
Orange Twist and Star Anise


METHOD

Mix the marmalade in the gin until dissolved. Add everything except ginger beer into an ice filled shaker and shake hard for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled, ice filled rocks glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with orange twist and star anise.


Pickering’s Christmas Clementine Gin and Tonic Serve: Orange Twist & Star Anise
YOU WILL NEED

50 ml Pickering’s Cranberry Gin (1 bauble)
1 tsp Cranberry Sauce (yes, the same as you have with your turkey!)
50ml Cranberry Juice
25ml Triple Sec
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Lime wheel & Candy Cane

METHOD

Mix the cranberry sauce in the gin until dissolved. Add everything to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupette/martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a candy cane.


Pickering’s Festive Cranberry & Tonic Serve: Fresh Lime Wheel
YOU WILL NEED

50ml Pickering’s Spiced Pear Gin (1 bauble)
50ml Pear or Cloudy Apple Juice
25ml Cinnamon Syrup
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Prosecco
Cinnamon Stick and Lemon Twist

METHOD

Add everything except Prosecco to an ice filled shaker and shake quickly for 5-10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled flute and top with crisp, cold Prosecco. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and pearlescent edible glitter for some festive sparkle!


Pickering’s Spiced Pear and Cinnamon Gin and Tonic Serve: Cinnamon Stick & Lemon Twist
YOU WILL NEED

50ml Pickering’s Figgy Pudding Gin (1 bauble)
25ml Triple Sc
25ml Golden Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Zest

METHOD

Mix the golden syrup in the gin until dissolved, add triple sec and Angostura Bitters to a chilled, ice filled tumbler and stir for 30 seconds. Garnish with a flamed orange zest and a holly sprig coated with icing sugar.

YOU WILL NEED

50ml Pickering’s Plum & Ginger Gin (1 bauble)
2 tsp Plum Jam
30ml Pomegranate Juice
20ml Ginger Cordial
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
Soda Water
Fresh Ginger and Plum Slice

METHOD

Mix the plum jam in the gin until dissolved, add everything except soda water to an ice filled shaker and shake hard for 15-20 seconds. Pour everything into a chilled high-ball, top with soda water and garnish with ginger ‘Rudolph Ears” and a plump plum slice.

YOU WILL NEED

50ml Pickering’s Brussels Sprout Gin (1 bauble)
1 ‘thumb’ Fresh Cucumber
20ml Fresh Lime
20ml Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Elderflower Tonic
Brussels Sprout & Cucumber Rose

METHOD

Muddle the cucumber in your shaker, add ice and all other ingredients except the elderflower tonic and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Pour everything into a chilled high-ball glass, top with elderflower tonic and garnish with a sprout and a cucumber ‘rose’.
